Editors' Notes

This slick app is a definitive way of keeping abreast of the thrilling, frenetic world of Australian cricket. Informing the app of your favourite Big Bash League outfit (international cricket is well catered for too) provides a bespoke guide to your team’s latest news, interviews and a ball-by-ball service for all fixtures. It’s the perfect, easy-to-digest way to keep on top of your team’s movements—especially as passes can be purchased to enjoy live streams of matches.

Did you know that bananas come in many different shapes, sizes, and colours? Well I am guessing you don’t so today I am going to tell you about that! Starting of they come in a green colour when it is not fully ripe but when ripe it comes in a nice vivid yellow. The average size of a banana is 13cm long and 2.3cm wide, that is about the size of a human head(in length). Does a banana come from a bush? No it grows from a tree silly.(If you thought it came from a tree you are not silly this is just for not smart people) These trees usually grow in humid tropical areas and the best temperature for them to live in is around 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. To sum up all this information about its colour, length and width, and where it comes from I would like to thank you for reading this random email and I hope you have a good day!

New UI is extremely difficult to use

They’ve changed the UI in the latest version and it makes it really difficult to find out what games are live or upcoming. For some reason you have to put in team preferences now, and then it sorts those results alphabetically rather than by game datetime. This is also weird because if you want to follow the big bash for example, you have to follow EVERY SINGLE TEAM. If you want to go down the preference route, let us select competitions, not just teams. If you’re looking at the all matches tab, games are sorted by date, but games which are on the same day are hidden behind a horizontally scrolling carousel. It’s really difficult to find a specific match, even if it’s live. I’m all for trying to make improvements to make apps easier to use, this update does the opposite. I recommend the app developer perform some UX testing and revert back to the old design or try something else. Give us a simple vertical list sorted by date time. Highlight live matches (and maybe starting soon) at the top and be done with it. Your users will thank you.
