Zero customer service help

I’ve had issues with the drivers cancelling on me which I have been charged for twice for reasons that weren’t through fault of my own, and I lodged a report of the incidents and in three months still haven’t had a refund or heard back from them. I have also had a driver say they will refuse to pick you up from certain areas due to police. I had a driver who wouldn’t cross the road to pick me up from my location and I couldn’t get to the driver due to the dangerous road I would have had to cross to reach the car, and so the driver left me there and cancelled the trip charging me as opposed to just meeting me on the other side of the road and I’m not even able to pin my location on the app so the driver knows the pickup point despite the address being right there in front of them which is a completely redundant feature to have to do in the first place.

I will never use your company again

How come you do not have a phone number your customer can call in case of query? I ride with one of your partner driver and the guy was so rude. The rain was pouring so hard and my son was a bit unsettled because of the traffic and the driver told us if he doesn’t stop he will end the trip. One minute away from my workplace my son vomited. He doesn’t want us to get off the car because he said i have two options to pay a $300 or come with him on a professional carwash. He even didn’t give me a chance to atleast let me clean myself and my son before dealing with him. When i politely ask him about dealing with my son first and promised to come back he block the way in our workplace shouting saying hey are you gonna pay me? He insistently want me to come with him at a “professional carwash” as he said it will cost him $300 for his Mercedes to be clean. my boss insisted that i will not come with him. My boss ask him to go clean his car and come back for the receipt but he park in our workplace for 2 hours. After two hours he went out and came back after one hour with a bill. I can send photo as there was no mark left in his car because my son vomited on him not on his car. I don’t know why you let rude people be your partner. I would never ride with your driver anymore. It is okay if he talked politely but he is just so rude and without consideration.

No customer service

Why do you have no actual customer service ? My driver intentionally went out of his way to increase my fair I tried to report it on didi however it says “This trip you’re trying to get help with doesn’t match the issue” when I go to I was overcharged or didn’t follow gps. I then emailed both available didi emails. One for emergencies one for everything else and what a surprise the general email isn’t monitored anymore I have to go back to the app into help to the “customer service” that literally doesn’t exist Whatever go to the incident email where I am told to do exactly what i’ve already done and not to contact them. I understand that’s for emergencies but when you have no customer support, no email and no way to report like you say to do with my exact situation what am I meant to do? I’ve tried anyway I can in the help sidebar to report by saying not satisfied and explaining why and I just get a “Thanks for the feedback.” This has been going on for 3 days, it’s obvious youse don’t monitor the feedback why bother having it if you’ll never help the customer. Reading through reviews no customer service has been one of your main 1 star review for years sort it out.
