Not having much knowledge about cars/price guides/ parts - DIYINSPECT is a user friendly app that guides you the entire way when uploading your car, shows you a demo of what the picture needed to look like - where I could locate VIN # and it was such a quick smooth process. I don’t have to worry about organising sale inspections and I didn’t have to compromise my safety meeting random people to buy my car. Instead an offer was made and DIYINSPECT organised the car to be picked up. Effortless/smooth/completed. One less thing I need to worry about. Sell car ✅ done! Couldn’t recommend enough. Wouldn’t be selling my cars any other way from here on in.

Very simple, efficient process with professional, friendly and timely communication. Only face to face contact was handing over my car which took 5 minutes and the money was in the bank 2 business days later. Happy with price too. Thoroughly recommended.

I was left feeling I was lured in.After a physical inspection their offer dropped to 1/3 of original offer.I believe either they lure you in with a high offer or it is impossible to make an accurate offer based on a series of photos and a 15 second video.The Pickles staff are unaware of the procedures. We were led to believe that the physical inspection would be done and the process would be finalised by 2pm that day. After the huge discrepancy, DIYInspect were unapologetic, did not listen, did not care.Their discourtesy and lack of clarity and transparency have been enough to warn me off Pickles and their dubious DIY inspect process.How a large company in the automotive industry for as long as they have been, can be so wrong without a care for the consumer is astounding.
