Mostly functional
The app is handy to search for cars and submit bookings. However there are some pointy bits that makes the app useless. Such as - (1)- After hitting pay button with the credit card details, sometimes it throws an error saying the payment didn’t go through and goes to a blank screen. But my credit card notifies me that the payment has gone through. You’d have to close the App and reopen again. (2) - in the app, when sending pickup requests by adding photos and hitting the ‘send request’, the button continually shows a spinning wheel sometimes up to 20 mins and to no avail. The work around is the submit via the browser.
(3) - if you add a car to the favourites it doesn’t show up in the favourites tab. Seems this feature is non functional.

KEEP AWAY FROM DRIVE MATE
Don’t use Drive-Mate it is a scam , my car was badly damaged and they refused to repair it and now they won’t even return my calls or messages so I have had to appoint a lawyer to take my matter to court to get a fair resolution. KEEP AWAY FROM DRIVE MATE , check out all their negative reviews on Google as I’m not the only one unhappy with them.
