It connects you to the DTS dispatch network, routes new jobs to you in real time, and captures the information needed to complete deliveries cleanly and compliantly. FEATURES • Live job dispatch — receive new pickups and drops directly to your phone with instant push notifications. • Real-time tracking — share your ETA with dispatchers and customers automatically while on shift. • Proof-of-delivery — capture recipient signatures, delivery photos, and timestamped arrival records in one step. • In-app chat — communicate with the dispatch team without leaving the job screen. • Shift management — start and end shifts, view upcoming bookings, and review your delivery history. • Multi-region support — switch between Sydney and Melbourne operations from the region selector. • Secure authentication — log in with credentials issued by your DTS operations team; Face ID unlocks saved credentials on your device. PRIVACY AND LOCATION DTS Driver uses precise location — including in the background — during active shifts. This is essential for job dispatch, ETA sharing, proof-of-delivery geotagging, and driver safety. Tracking is tied to your shift status: when you are off-shift or signed out, the app does not collect location data. You can revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings; however, the app cannot accept or complete jobs without location permission. REQUIREMENTS • An active driver or contractor account issued by Direct Transport Solutions. • iOS 14 or later recommended. • A reliable mobile data connection while on shift.
