Excellent Customer Support and Lots of Drivers

I have a lot of the food delivery apps, Grubhub and DoorDash included, I keep the other apps installed to get delivery from some of the places EASI doesn’t service yet, mostly small local restaurants. Out of the three EASI has second to none customer support! I use the app on almost a daily basis and as everyone should know, sometimes a restaurant screws up an order or a driver forgets something, but it is easy to contact support for partial or full refunds. The EASI service also does a great job preventing delivery from closed restaurants or during super busy times where they anticipate unacceptable delivery times. I would recommend EASI to anyone and everyone.

Also, a lot of notes about rising delivery fees, blame the drivers, not the company. A quick google search will show that drivers would refuse to work unless they made more money, in fact delivery from McDonalds was often impossible because drivers felt they didn’t make enough money on the delivery. This is why I usually don’t tip unless someone goes above and beyond.

Poor delivery service and customer support

I ordered twice in the past two days using EASI. First time the vinegar sauce got spoiled. Second time half of the fish soup was spoiled, the plastic bag containing the soup was filled with liquid and water was dripping down when it was handed to me.

When we contacted EASI to make a complaint, it took forever for the customer service to pick up the call. We gave up and tried the in-app text option, which took them 5+ minutes on average to reply one of my questions. I requested to return the soup and ask for a refund for the soup. The response was that the delivery person said he asked me whether it’s okay if the soup is spoiled? And he offered to bring the soup back to the restaurant and got me a new one ( it was a lie). Because our words were against each other, my refund request was “handed over to the backstage to judge”. They said they’ll notify me of the result in 3-5 working days. They haven’t got back to me yet, and I will wait to see how they handle this case. However, I will not order using EASI anymore. A waste of time and very frustrating experience.

I’ve seen quite a few similar cases like mine on Xiaohongshu, which made me believe that I’m not alone and EASI doesn’t care at all as long as they’ve taken their share. Well, at least I can contribute my share - EASI will never make money from my side ever again.

From a EASI’s Driver

A driver has the right to not accept the order and it goes to the next closest driver that is approved for this service, also on occasions, an order is cancelled due to the food being unavailable but the driver isn’t told until they are at the restaurant..... when this occurs, a driver is paid because of the distance and time they have to drive even if the order isn’t available?
It is unfortunate but wouldn’t you want to be paid for driving up to 30-45 minutes out of your way and not be able to accept riders that may have a larger fare?
With that said, I do my best to accept every fare whether it’s a food delivery or a fare to a destination because I treat others they way I want to be treated and that is with respect and dignity and most importantly; a great attitude and smile!!!!
Thanks to all those who use EASI and I will continue to be here for you and your needs!!!!!!!!
Plus I use the service myself from time to time!!!!!
