eHCA is available as an app, giving you access where and when you need it!
This app has been specifically designed for employees of any Healthcare Australia brand. It has a variety of information and services to help you communicate and connect with HCA.
eHCA will allow you to update your availability, confirm and view allocated shifts, update preferences, submit electronic timesheets, view your payslips and much more.
In addition, all this functionality is fully integrated in real-time with our scheduling system, meaning the information you are viewing and updating is always up to date.

Shift allocation problem
I’m new to this app and already having issues self-allocating my shifts. Even having deleted and re-downloaded the app 3 times now the issue remains there. Other than that it’s easy to use and navigate.
Shift alert
This app is good and easy to use
But having problem with shift alert.
Shift alert never appear in my app but appera on others since i start working with HCA. I rang them but always says they were fixing but it still the same.

Poor update
It takes too long to load, if it even loads at all. I cannot see certain things due to it not loading correctly.
