Definitely not recommended to implement until bugs ironed out
My company just rolled this out & I have found that on a daily basis that I am constantly having to delete and reinstall the app & re-login on my iPhone as am experiencing my screen turning plain white without any option to refresh or select any of our menu options
As a casual who relies on visibility of shift information there is potential to miss urgent shift fill in requests / urgent messages, as I was under the impression that the app was still running in the background, only to discover when i’ve gone in to check if any updates to my roster that the app has what can only be described as ‘timed out’
Definitely not recommended to implement until bugs ironed out

Previous review: Before the last update I didn’t have to sign in every time I opened the app. Now I do. Massive quality of life and ease of use DOWNGRADE. Before it’d take me 10 seconds to check shifts, now I have to inconveniently enter my email address and password every single time. I am an app developer myself and anything that negatively impacts the user to this degree needs to be fixed immediately. Fix it now please. I’ll update my review to a 5 star if you fix it.
Cannot log in, even resetting password
I can’t believe that i have to use this app for work. This app is absolutely giving me stress every week. And the company i’m working with want us to use this app to confirm shift and clocking in and also note of unavailability. And because of this app that always got a problem logging in, then you always lose money or chances to accept job. Haayy… soon because of this app i might got fired on my job because i miss some shift because of this app.
I hope those company who is using this app realise that this app is not worth investing for unless they fix the bug and monitor their system.
