Search function

New updated app is okay, just one major issue when you open it, the old one would use your current location and show you the closest charger, where you could tap and it would bring up a directions option. This would be a great way for people to find where the chargers are! The search bar option is clumsy at best, no one even knows your charger numbers

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the feedback. This doesn't sound quite right. Can you please update to the latest version of the app and let us know if that works better for you? If you enable location services the new app will show your current location, then after taping the closest charger, the directions option is available to the right of the address. The search bar should work for any address or suburb too. Regards, Penny

adding rfid in new app?

It didn’t seem possible to add the rfid card in the new app so I added it in the old app and then it was visible in the new app. Not sure if this was fixed in the latest version of the new app?

Developer Response ,

Hi Rob, You can add an RFID card in the new app under Profile > Evie Pass. You can also order a new card from there if you need cards for other family members. Hope that helps. Penny

Missing Favourites

The new app looks really good. One thing it’s missing from the old app is favourites. I have two chargers near my home, and I use the app to check the availability to decide which one to go to. Having a single screen that easily shows just those two locations that I care about was very useful.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the feedback James.
