Get ready for your next electric vehicle adventure by downloading the award-winning Exploren App. Exploren allows you to find charging stations across the country with our open access EV charging network. You can create your own account, and link a credit card to easily start and pay for charging across our entire network. The Exploren App allows you to keep charged up while charging from home, at work, or out and about.

Availability: Check status and reserve a chargepoint
User Access: Scan the QR code or program an RFID card into your account.
Automated billing: Upload your credit card details for PAYG
History: All your charging history recorded on the APP

Pricing: Easily see how much it will cost to charge, before you plug in’

Works as advertised but UX could be simpler
Supporting Apple ID and/or Apple Pay would be a great improvement.
When you’re in Grafton, with dodgy internet access, the last thing you want to do is muck around with emails and passwords.
Guest charging with Apple Pay would be excellent. Failing that, Apple ID would also help.
Useless charging network
Easily worst charging network in Australia, pre charges $10 forcing you to stay connected on a slow charger, compared to NRMA pre charging $15 but your car will be charged in 1 hour, and that even if the charger connects. I spent 30 minutes trying to connect my Tesla with the charger station saying every time I did not connect fast enough, even though it didn’t connect to my car it was happy to pre charge me the $10 instantly every time I tried to connect. I’ve lost $10 to this company adding it to my account DO NOT USE. At least until they decide to make a decent working charger network.
Super easy to use, fast sign up process
Went to use a charger on the Exploren network and the sign up process was the best out of all the charging networks i’ve experienced. Super quick, no glitching like other apps.
App is very easy to navigate and gives me all the details i need in a simple format
