We've replaced the side menu with a new bottom navigation bar. Your key features are now visible at all times and reachable in a single tap. Everything else works just as it did before.

- Fixed an issue where payment information was missing when viewing a location

When you start charging, we may place a temporary hold on your payment method before the session begins. This is a pre-authorisation, not a charge - you'll only pay for what you actually use, and we've put a reminder in the app on the location screen before you start.

We've made our idle fee notifications in the app more consistent for partner network stations.

Performance improvements

This update includes reporting and security enhancements to ensure a better Chargefox experience.

- Idle fees are now live at select partner stations. We've added in-app notifications and guidance so you always know when they apply and how to avoid them.

Now it's easier to know what to expect before you charge. Tap the question mark next to a station's charging speed to see the speeds drivers have experienced over the past 7 days, what can affect your speed, and when a station is shared across vehicles. We've also added live charging speed, so you can watch your rate update while you charge. Available on Chargefox-hosted DC stations. Happy charging.
