Description
Using Family Doctor, you can book doctor appointments anywhere, at any time with your favourite medical clinic. It’s easy to find, select and book your doctor, choosing a day and time that suits you and save your favourite clinic to make it even easier to book future appointments. You’ll also save time by checking in and seeing your place in the queue when you arrive.
Booking is simple:
1. Search by your doctor's name, clinic name or see what's nearby
2. Select your preferred doctor, or first available doctor.
3. Secure your chosen date and time for your appointment
By using the Family Doctor app, you'll also be able to:
• Book appointments for children and family members
• Request repeat scripts from your regular doctor online.
• Access Telehealth appointments at the clinic
• See the availability of doctors instantly
• Get SMS and Push Notification reminders for appointments

Less ability than previous version
The new version appears to be a bit more cumbersome than previous version due maybe to tighten security. Some changes I would like to see are - ability to login using thumbprint, ability to change user and family members details and ability to see family members appointments made using the app. I attempted to make these comments on the app itself but failed. In addition, there is a bug present. It asks you to select the appointment type from the list below but there is no list provided.
Review
The app does not have a landscape view for iPad.
The selection buttons are not consistent in where they are placed. In addition they selection option is the same colour as the rest of the screen so do not stand out. Several times I had to search the screen to find where the selection option was after input was refused.
The app not use Apple autofill options to fill in my information so it has to be typed in, seems a bit outdated.
Seriously bad App
I could not edit my daughters details to change her mobile number, I keep getting reminders for her appointments as it was my number when she was a child, she’s now an adult. So I delete her & re-add her with her new phone number. I go back to family members & the app has deleted my husband. So I re-add my husband….. go back to family members & the app has deleted my daughter! So I re-add my daughter & go back to family members & guess what? It’s deleted my husband AGAIN.
My daughter can’t create her own account on her own phone through the app to book with her Dr as it says she’s a new patient at the clinic but she’s only ever gone to that clinic for 19yrs! I’d give the app 0 stars if I could.
