The best way to learn and remember which foods have High, Low or Medium FODMAPs. Using modern space repetition learning games to train your brain is fun and effective.

The lookup function focuses on just SPEED and ACCURACY. The two things that matter most when you are trying to follow a low FODMAP lifestyle. As soon as the app launches you can start typing and see the results as you type (an idiom called incremental searching). Looking up a food item should not be a pain, it should be FAST and EFFORTLESS.

We have found that decreasing effort and friction to lookup foods leads to more lookups per user and greater knowledge and more FODMAP friendly dietary choices.

Great help in looking after myself

In order to make healthy choices, day by day, meal by meal, I’ve always benefited from having some accountability. To start and keep good habits, I’ve always benefited from accountability. This app is just that. I’ve set reminders (easily done within app) so that I stay accountable to record my food choices and also the effects of those choices, ie, gut symptoms, moods etc. Tracking everything is helping me make sense of which foods are nourishing and which ones I need to stay off or eat in moderation. I also really like the little rewards/incentives, eg. After logging a meal, a positive message pops up, which I find really encouraging. Whoever designed this app knows what it’s like to struggle with digestive problems/IBS or food intolerances etc. My review is mainly about the diary part of the app, but there’s heaps more to it regarding facts and lists about FODMAPS etc. Try it. Got nothing to lose :)

Great features, instrumental FODMAP aide

This app has been instrumental in following my diet. It has many excellent features like medication reminders, food planning, low FODMAP food list which has many, many items unlike some other apps. Great free app overall, well done!!

A lovely FREE surprise

I’m new to the App. A couple of days in. I’d be happy to pay for a feature where I could also scan food barcodes please and you advise of the FODMAP rating. I love the motivational quotes as I’ve been feeling quite flat this week. It’s also fantastic I can share this with my health team, and keep track of my meals. Also the email interaction has been nice. Really feels like you’re communicating with someone rather than a computer. Very easy to operate on my iPhone. Thank you.
