Get it all going, sweet.

Can log in from away from home to get the house cool for our return. 5 stars.

After a week or 2, have to login again - usually (my bad) have to go through the forgot password process. Take away 1 star.

Now you have logged back in, it’s a game of chance to see if the app remembers your registered device. I’d say around 80% of the time you lose it so have to go through that whole, painfully hard, registering your device process again. Take away 3 stars.

I purchased this air con for 3 reasons:
1.) Brand - well known and decent reputation.
2.) Good high cooling output.
3.) The ability to have an app that you can turn on when away from the home.

So the more I look into this, the more the issue is apparently common.

I’ll set it up one more time, and should it fail, I’ll be contacting Fujitsu as per my consumer law, I purchased a product to function as described and right now, it ain’t!

We tried to turn on the aircon when heading home from the beach so the house would be cool when we got home. App indicated error 0100 Communication Failed from both phones. We checked the security cameras via WiFi and all were working so clearly not an internet issue.

Please don’t give the standard “sorry for the inconvenience, we need to check your aircon model” response because I think you are barking up the wrong tree. App development department pleas focus on its app reliability in your work.

I purchased a Fujitsu ASTG34KMTC in august 2019 and was told that WiFi was not available as the UTY-TFSXXF3 adapter was in quarantine. I phoned Fujitsu technical support on a regular basis and received the same answer last Monday 1/5/20 about ten minutes before Harvey Norman phoned to tell that the adapter had arrived.
I downloaded the app installed the adapter and connected the air conditioner to my iPad, iPhone and Google Home.
The app works well.
It was worth the wait
