For a few days now that it keeps dropping out a lot now. It started when the iPad got updated last a few days ago. Can you please check if there’s a glitch in the system? Thank you in advance.

Extremely buggy and haven’t even written anything yet

Can’t log in with Final Draft Mac account, seems there’s two different accounts, but can’t log in with Final Draft Go account either, can’t reset password as that shows an error, can’t restore purchases using the Restore Purchases link, you have to figure out you need to purchase again so it restores the old purchase, think in the end it only worked because they deleted my account so I had to recreate it. Initial impressions before even being able to use the app is that it’s a buggy mess.
Unreliable and not a premium product

App crashes constantly. Copy + Paste from notes or other documents does not work. Login prompt every time I switch between projects or settings. This is far from a premium experience. Please stop charging for an app that is not fully functional. I understand how hard it can be to manage bugs but it’s ridiculous how unusable this app is.

Hi Naesevla. We did have some issues with our 7.3.0 release that we have now resolved. The update, 7.3.1, will address the above behaviors you described. Not a great experience…

No offence to the devs, but I wouldn’t know how to rate this app properly, as it won’t even allow me to cut & paste into it! I opted for the yearly sub (only $15) but it’s still almost half my hourly wage and money down the drain.Support is quick and helpful with their suggestions, but after trying several fixes, it still doesn’t work. I’ve since downloaded WriterDuet, whilst not amazing, at least I can cut & paste large amounts of text into it without any problems. I just need to get cracking, so it will have to do for now.So for me, Final Draft Go is kinda pointless at this stage. I’m not really a Mac person, so I’m pretty bummed atm as I was really looking forward to using the app btw iOS devices.
