Removing swipe card scanners and forcing this terrible app
For a while this app forced me to use 2FA every time I wanted to open it, which was shockingly annoying. It doesn’t work on an older phone leaving people out in the lurch who might have an older operating system, or a non smart phone. The app is glitchy and frustrating. Our cards were working fine and I hate using the app instead of just scanning my card while entering the facility.
App works great!
The app works great and I am loving not needing to use the card anymore. All the reviews stating it doesn’t work were obviously not emailed and invited to be a tester. Might be worth emailing all members who weren’t selected to test the app letting them know it exists and they’ll be invited to use it in due course.
Not useful
Keeps asking to access location settings etc. I’m already giving away my location when I sign in to a fitness centre, I’ve said no once when asked I should not be asked again, this is extremely annoying. So far the app is less functional than just using the swipe card therefore very unimpressive.
