Avoid at all cost even if you have to go with another cheap airline

Waiting times on support phone took hours and in the end they told me to email them , also another support person said that is another dept and they will put me through and I had to wait another 40 min and ended up hanging up and emailing. Done emails do not get responded to and if they do they don’t answer your question.I have email proof to verify my review. They also have ball any questions to the airline so you have to call international calls to the airline.In fact they couldn’t even support me with that as I had to google the airline phone numbers.

Customer service is awful. One person I spoke to did not know what the word ‘airline’ meant and when I asked ‘is my flight still with KLM’ responded ‘I don’t know who that is’.Called to move flights, was told it could be done, was told it was confirmed but no updated itinerary sent through. When I called back I was told no change was done, and one was not possible. This ruined a connecting flight.Rude, unhelpful and seemingly unclear on how air travel works - do not use this service.

I downloaded the app hoping it would be more up to date than the Flightnetwork, Mytrip Gotogate group website. But no Etihad changed one of my flights 4 weeks ago but my itinerary still to be updated by Flightnetwork.They suggest you phone them though after 4 weeks trying 3 different contact numbers they are disconnected. Emails are not responded to either.
