Description
FordPass offers the ability to manage your vehicle right from your phone:
• Send convenient remote commands – Lock, unlock, and start your vehicle using complimentary remote vehicle controls (1) – when equipped with FordPass® Connect (2)
• Electric vehicle ownership support – Monitor charging progress and use Departure Times to pre-condition your battery and cabin (3)
• FordPass feature availability varies by vehicle and country. Images shown for illustrative purposes only
(1) Remote lock/unlock requires power door locks. Remote starting requires automatic transmission.
(2) FordPass Connect (optional on select vehicles), the FordPass App and complimentary Connected Service are required for remote features (see FordPass Terms for details). Connected service and features depend on compatible network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features. Connected service excludes Wi-Fi hotspot.
(3) Effectiveness of cabin conditioning may be reduced by extreme outside temperatures.

GREAT APP
Great app thanks for fixing the sign in problem works perfect now, before the update we could remote start as many times as we wanted which I didn’t think I would miss until it changed, now it’s only 2 remote starts per stop unsure why.
Still a great app though.
Not bad but not great
Some features work well. But the start stop from Apple Watch can be hit and miss. Works some days and not others.
Unable to get the zone lighting from the app to work the loading wheel just spins and spins and spins. I’m sure they will fix this with the next round of bug fixes.
I can only comment on iPhone and Apple Watch operation with the latest software versions of phone and watch as well as ford pass app.

Ordinary - in the sense of less than good
The app is near useless. It has the feel of something with big plans for the future, released too early, unfinished, unrefined and developed on the cheap by a massive global company because they could rather than they should. Front page a big block of blank space. Reference documentation is just links to web pages that are generic and 98% unreadable in a mobile device. Oil life indicator has nothing to do with the status of the actual oil in the vehicle. Will cut the rant short at this. In all, no value here.
