I am totally appreciating the incredible work that goes into keeping this app as fully up to date as possible. Living at a distance over the Victorian border in NSW it would be somewhat isolating trying to keep up with all the news & happenings. Bring back the Membership Card. Please

While the app does have access to all the right information, it is clunky and slow. The Membership section, which has completely replaced the Membership card, is not very good. Especially when you have more than one Membership linked. Despite having a ‘remember me’ check box you need to sign in every time, even when simply looking at other pages within the app. The barcode does not display a barcode so I’m not sure why you need another very long number to book things. But that point is moot because I still haven’t figured out how to buy tickets. Absolutely terrible
Mobile membership not convenient

What is the point in having a ‘mobile membership’ app that doesn’t feature your barcode, or that you have to log into CONSTANTLY? Even when navigating within the app! There’s no ‘remember me’ option, plus when I login with my Cats membership, it prompts me to login also with Ticketek. If I login with Ticketek first, it prompts me again to login with my Cats membership. When I go to another page and come back, I’ve been logged out and need to login twice again. Not convenient. Bring back physical cards or fix the app.
