Works well until update is available.
Have been using the app for months until on starting it a message advises there’s an update available on the App Store. App won’t open so attempt to download the advised update version. Update doesn’t work so delete and reinstall from scratch after restarting phone. Cycle starts again, start the app, app won’t open and advises an update is available on the App Store, download the update and the loop of doom continues. iPhone 8 Plus on IOS 12.4.1.
TV Guide wrong region
Please, please, please fix the TV Guide component of the app. There is not much point offering a TV guide where you can set reminders if you insist on using location services that don’t give you the channels that are your region and you will not let the user select their own region. Give me my channels back and let me select my region so if I’m travelling I can still setup stuff to record back home.
I have spoken to Telstra customer and technical support multiple times about this and have no idea if they are passing the feedback onto the app development/maintenance team or if they even give a toss as they just direct you to crowd support then close your thread even though others are having the same issue and no resolve has been found.
So again I say please, please, please fix this.
It used to be good until it updated to new app Telstra TV
When the app on my iPad was still Telstra Box Office I could access my library of movies I purchased over the last couple of years over and over. Now it directs me to the new app Telstra TV and I can’t use my library anymore. I can’t watch any of my movies that I bought and spent a lot of money on. I use my iPad all the time and now it’s all a waste of money. I’ve gone back to appleTV as I can access movies to watch on my iPad from there. I’m disappointed as I had built up a good library with Telstra and now its all a waste. I can only watch them on my TV if I bother to use it.
