App not user friendly

Driver 306
Firstly the bookings pending are not clear and precise. They overlap and jumbled. Secondly without checking the app every 10 minutes on the phone notifications of jobs available are not obvious. A ring tone notification used to occur which was far more helpful. Now a written notification appears for seconds only

I have used several other platforms. This app is very easy to use. Especially the ability to view bookings and where a potential job may fit. The only additional feature. I would like is the ability to message riders. Not just phone

Issues I have observed so far:- First and foremost the job acceptance protocol is lengthy and absolutely unnecessary in its current format, there should be only one slider to accept the job unlike the current system of 5/6 check boxes. Instead just have those points as a statement and have the slider to accept;- Navigation is not at all good;- sometimes the app doesn’t recognise that we have arrived at the location and keeps showing errors; -

Very glitchy app. Only good for full time drivers. The downside is the monthly $69 fee. They give you slightly better than Uber rates. The customers I had were great. Would only recommend if your a full time driver. You would need to do atleast 15 trips a month for it to be worth while. Plenty of work on the app. The crappy thing is good trips go before they even come up on the booking screen.
