Fare estimate doesn’t work all the time. Please fix it
Tap current booking and just says no booking found. Umm ok? I have a booking but this feature stopped working after last bug fix update 😒 When I tap on call customer, tap tap tap tap nothing. Occasionally it will let me if I press it 57 times! Very inconvenient when trying to find customer as the GPS in app can be dodgy and give wrong address. Have to use call channel instead and wait on hold. I’ve contacted support, no response, no fix as yet.
When will you know the real problem
As more and more ppl choose taxi ONLY when Uber charge surge price, is it time you consider price match when Uber and the others charge “normal” price, which is marginal lower than cab? There are a lot of good drivers are leaving because there are not enough work.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
