I tried to pre-book a ride through your app on 22 Jun.The time stamp was incorrectly recorded on your app, had to call your hotline to fix that, no big deal.At last nobody took my booking, no worries.I got $18 deducted from my bank account, no refund has been made so far, that’s unacceptable.Made a call to your hotline on the Saturday 2 weeks ago, was told that I have to call the office on Monday to get a refund, that’s fine.I called the office on the following Monday, was told that the refund should have been made, so I had screen print my transaction record and send to your email address, that was annoying but I could deal with that.It’s been a week and I could not hear anything back, so I called your office number again.Emile “the Call Centre Manager” picked my call, and I was trying to explain my situation again to get the refund. Got very blunt, rude and reluctant reply again as “ refund should have been made”. I was very disappointed about your low standard of customer service while taking my money for nothing. And I have to go through so much of hassles and attitudes from your team to try to get a refund. Plus your “manager” Emile hung up my call at last!I will try to share my unhappy customer experience with as much people as possible and let them know your app should be avoided by all means.
Started out great but now it’s all No-shows and ghosting

What a novel concept. Calling cabs as if you’re calling an Uber with the same sort of difference in rates. Unfortunately of late and this is the last few weeks I’ve had drivers either not show up or cancel at the last minute or tell me they’re nearby now and be 30 minutes away because they’ve turned off their GPS (With the app showing zero minutes away) and today I had a booking I made last night for this morning get cancelled at the time of pickup after confirmation and I wasn’t told and they keep hanging up on me when I call them. I can’t recommend this in good faith.
Terrible experience. Double charged. Rydo needs to train the taxi driver on how app works

I have taken two trips with Rydo and had a terrible experience for my second trip.1. Both drivers dont look at GPS, so the first driver dropped me off at the wrong location but at least the payment went smoothly although he didnt know how a pre-paid trip mean. The second driver called me up right after accepting the order as there are three medical centre around the station, and asked me to check GPS which one I am at so he can arrive to the right street when I have entered the address via app. So he arrived, at the medical centre opposite to the one I was at…2. Double charging and I couldn't go after ride because driver thought I didn't pay. My card is charged the moment the trip started, when trip is finished, the driver wanted me to pay again with what the meter shown which is slightly more expensive than the fixed rate. He ran through all receipts he has and couldnt find the one for this grip. He called up the cab company and said he couldnt see the fixed rate on the receipt printed out from the card machine, the company confirmed it was a fixed rate. Then he hung up and asked me to tab my credit card for the fixed rate, I shown him my credit card record and explained to him the app has charged me, he didnt believe me and said he doesnt know how to get pay so he called up the cab company again, so he did and cab company confirmed again and asked him to let me go. So I finally got off the car after 10mins hassle explaining to him and call with cab company. When I got home, I saw there are two pending transactions for the same trip so I was double charged….I wanted to support the taxi industry as the lockdown hit it hard but the whole experience is way below Uber’s. The drivers need some training on how the payment works and how they can check GPS. With this experience, I would 100% choose Uber next time.
