Glassons 4+

The app looks great and functions well apart from constantly logging out of my account. I'm sick of typing in my email and password almost every time I want to use it! I have no other issues except for this and I hope it is resolved soon as I'm always on the app!!!

As someone who spends all of their paycheque at Glassons, I love the concept of having an app where you can add to your wish list, purchase items and also scan items in store to check if they stock your size. However, there are a few problems. It never lets me register gift cards and when I want to pay with a giftcard I have to do it via the website instead of the app. The app has crashed a few times but given the amount of items they post on there everyday I really can’t complain. I would still recommend this app a lot but be warned that you will end up buying everything as soon as it comes out 😭🫶🏻🥹

I love glassons, but this app is horrible to use. For example, I’ll scroll down for ages looking for something, then when I find it I’ll click on it to get a closer look. Then, when I press the back button to take me back to the page with all the clothes, it’s scrolled right back all the way to the top. This is incredibly annoying. Also, when I am looking at something in my cart, click on it and press back, it takes me to the search menu page rather than back to my cart; also incredibly irritating. This apps ease of use is not it. This is just two bugs I’ve noticed, but this is definitely not all. The app is overall laggy, logs me out of my account all the time, freezes, and using it is not an enjoyable experience. Glassons, get on it ASAP.
