Guardian ULive 4+

Installed a 4 camera system a year ago and initially had no trouble with it, the app worked perfectly on wifi at home and via 4G. It's a bit slower to load the images on 4G, but it didn't miss a beat. Really didn't know where all the negative feedback was coming from, did just what I needed it to do.

One year on, and over the last few months have rarely been able to get it to work. Have tried deleting the app, resetting the password, resetting the device, all fail to fix the issue. When viewed on the tv the device is working, but the app fails to log in “Operation failed, please try again”.

Might be time to look at the competition, clearly Uniden are not interested in fixing this.

This app only ever worked once for my husband and I for about 3 minutes. Ever since then, it just says log in failed and we can not view the cameras at all.

We have tried logging out and in again, deleting and reloading the app but no luck. It never works. This is completely false advertising and against the law since the product sold does not perform as described. Extremely angry and disappointed. Will be returning the whole system for a refund since it's useless.

I had this app for a few months now. When it works it's very good but sometimes you can't log in. You need to delete the app and load it again. This is quite annoying specially if you have video/photo saved. I have to delete and load a few times already. Come on guys do something and fix the problem. Why is it not loading and you basically can't do much but to delete it over and over and load again.
