Description

The Happiest Baby App is the mobile companion to your Happiest Baby devices. This includes SNOO Smart Sleeper—a safer and more effective baby bed—and SNOObie Smart Soother—the sound machine, nightlight, and sleep trainer.

Created by Dr. Harvey Karp, renowned paediatrician and sleep expert, SNOO intelligently responds to your baby’s needs and, within just days, helps the whole family get more sleep. It calms crying and boosts sleep with the rhythmic sound and motion that babies find so soothing in the womb.

SNOObie is an all-in-one white noise machine and nightlight system! It helps settle your sweetie, keep scaries at bay, teach calming breathing, and create easy-peasy sleep routines. This portable bedtime buddy features customisable nightlight colours and special soothing sounds.

SNOO Features:
SNOO Log: Tracks your baby's sleep every day...automatically.
Alerts: Lets you know if your baby needs more than SNOO's soothing (due to hunger or discomfort).
Remote Control: You can quickly respond to your baby's needs by adjusting SNOO’s levels up and down.
Customise: Pick the best motion and white noise settings for your baby.
Adapt: Lets you boost the level of rhythmic sensation—like riding in a car all night (reduces sleep disruptions from stuffy noses, growth spurts, sleep regressions, teething, etc.)
Easy Weaning: Special setting helps babies learn to sleep without motion, to prepare for moving to a cot.

SNOObie Features:
Connect and have fun with your SNOObie routines! Choose your favourite SNOObie light + sound cues to create up to 4 routines at a time that fit your family. To create a routine, pick your preferred light colour, sound, time, and day(s) of the week. Once you save the routine, set it by tapping your device to SNOObie, and your routine will be ready to play when the scheduled day and time arrives.

A Wi-Fi® connection is required to connect the App to your Happiest Baby devices. An NFC-enabled device is required to connect the App to SNOObie. For more info, visit HappiestBaby.com.au or connect with us at customercare-au@happiestbaby.com if you have any questions!

Good app with a few issues

Handy app, we like seeing how long baby has slept in a day but not sure why a day starts at 0700? Why not midnight? It’s confusing!
Also, the appt lags when opening and seeing the Snoo screen

Exploited & faulty functionality

This app is far from functional or even good to use, it’s slow and laggy, it’s not user friendly and often glitchy. If I could give no stars I would.

Overall disappointed in feeds not saving correctly, nappy logs ineffective and sleep logs outside of the snoo frustrating to input. You can’t edit snoo sleeps even if it was accidentally left running after picking up your baby, it’s 100% a frustrating user experience.

It’s incredibly disappointing after investing in the best sleep care for our baby I feels exploited by having to use such a rubbish passive of technology that as of July we may need to pay for the privilege of operating the already expensive device for our babies care. You essentially can’t use the snoo without the app and you are exploited by having to potentially pay for it after the expensive purchase of the snoo back in November because I wanted to be prepared as I set up the bursary for my baby arrived in February.

New app is disappointing, bring back previous version

Snoo is great, but the new app is disappointing, especially since the most recent update.

It’s impossible to zoom in on the daily log. You now need to switch tabs to tracker, then go to log, then tap zoom. Why remove the functionality of zoom from daily log???

This may seem like a minor complaint, but we are parents, we are exhausted, we have no time, so when you make things less convenient for us, it is really frustrating.

The last thing I want to do is dig though tabs in an app to find the feature that I previously used to use multiple times a day and now have to switch screens to find it, usually while caring for a baby or sorting out my other kids needs. And really don’t love having to learn a new app (twice) midway though my newborn’s development.

The new app is also much slower to load, which is frustrating when you quickly need to adjust something, get some information that was previously easy to find etc.

All the diaper and feeding stuff seems to be celebrated as great features, but honestly, I don’t know who would be using this stuff. None of my friends who are parents track that stuff after the first 1 month really, if at all. The

I wish I could switch back to the old version of the app. :(
