It is easy to make appointments, it also takes forever for them to call you unless you pay extra.

Everytime i have had an appointment through them i have been spoken over and my most recent appointment the dr asked what my symptoms were and then followed it with "what do you want me to do about it"

The only reason i now make appointments with them is if i need a medical certificate.

It was very easy to sign up and then request doctor. Once that was done. I received a message saying that someone would contact me shortly. To my surprise they were quite quick to call back and ask my condition then booked a doctor to come see me sometime after 8pm. Could take up to 4 hours or more for doctor to see me.
I really don’t mind how long I have to wait. Yes I’m in a lot of pain and can’t stand with assistance due to a fall I had that has injured my knee. I’m in the comfort of my own home. I don’t have to stress and wait in a waiting room. I think it’s terrific. I’ve used this service many years ago and it was really good then too. I recommend this service to anyone who is sick outside medical centre hours.

Unsure if this is just an iOS thing but you cannot get passed the last page to register you. It goes to your drs details but only has fields for state and suburb. If you use the down button on the keyboard it says in the field above Practice Name… but if you even try and enter detail in that way (despite no visible field or being able to see what you are typing) and keep clicking the down button then done. It still will not allow you to click the finish button and will not proceed.

Seems to be the same thing everyone is saying but has not yet been fixed.
