Description
yourQH is a specialist outpatient appointment management, referral and correspondence portal for patients, families and carers of Queensland Health Hospital and Health Services. yourQH will benefit current or future patients and families receiving specialist outpatient and/or community health service care within Queensland.
In yourQH, you will be able to view and request changes to your specialist outpatient and community appointments. You will also be able to:
* view referral information;
* view future and past appointments;
* request to reschedule an appointment (and provide most suitable days and times);
* request to cancel an appointment or referral;
* confirm you are able to attend an appointment;
* check in to appointments (when you arrive at the location);
* share your appointment information by inviting other users;
* submit a query to clinic staff about your appointment or referral;
* update personal, contact and financial information;
* provide consent about how the Hospital and Health Service can use your information (such as contact you for research or marketing), and;
* view Hospital and Health Service information such as what to bring to your appointment.

Needs refining
Too many steps to constantly enter DOB and verify via email or sms once in the system. I created an account because I got a random text message but the token doesn’t work and has now locked me out. Also would be helpful if the SMS had what patient it was for. I have 2 kids and myself that have specialist appts with my mobile as the contact so I don’t know who the token relates to!

There is something wrong with this app.
There is something wrong with this app. Every time I come to log in to view an appointment made, it takes me back to the email and password login and then asks me to set a 4 digit quick login password. Once I set the 4 digit password, I forget my other password because I figure that just like with other applications that invite you to set a 54 digit password, that will be the mode of signing into this app from there on. But no, not with ‘your QH’. Every time I attempt to sign in, it takes me through the exact same process. It’s like a never ending loop. This is extremely frustrating.

Good app but security needs addressing
The app works great but doesn’t get 5 stars as when I log in with my PIN number, the numbers are always visible on the screen and stay that way until I click ‘done’ at the bottom of the screen and it actually logs in. I find this concerning, especially with cyber security being an ever present threat. I looked for somewhere to send private feedback but I was unable to find any.
