Accessing your images has never been easier with Queensland X-Ray.

Use our App any time of the day or night to:

· access your images and reports (after your scan)
· share your results with family, friends or medical professionals
· Request an appointment
· update your email and password
· Manage notifications for your images and your reports

How does it work?

Already registered for the Queensland X-Ray Patient Portal? Log in using your mobile phone number and password.

If you haven’t registered, ask one of our team members at your next appointment for instructions on how. You will be asked for your mobile number and email address, including your authorisation to receive a text to register. You will then receive an SMS message containing a link to create your account.

Once you have an account you can log in at any time to see your images and your reports. Your reports will be uploaded 14 days after we have authorised and sent the report to your referring doctor.

It’s important for you to go back to your doctor to get your results, so we won’t send them until you’ve had time to make that appointment. Our doctors will always personally call your doctor if the scans show anything unexpected.

Not uploading correctly

Hi, please improve the uploading of the images. Your images are NEVER uploading correctly and missing heaps images every single time. It does not take 24h to upload if other companies, such as Exact can upload all within the next hour.

X-ray results app not working

I’m not really happy with this app, I understand why they are not printing the ultrasound results of my baby, in this up I need to wait 24 hours before I see again my baby picture and then when I wake up I’m so excited I got the scan in the app but I can’t open it! It just said I handled exception please try again, I keep trying still same, so I call them they said they will report it to the head office, so I need to wait again, and I’m not really happy, my first ultrasound i didn’t do it here in bulk it’s free but when we leave that day they give the pictures of my baby instantly, now we choose them bcoz they are near we pay but this is happened

It works.

Signed up for the patient portal with a staff member over the phone, was sent a text with in a few hours to finalise my account. Prompted to download the app, able to log in and see the images from the scan I had done today.
