This will sound like a fake review, I ensure you it’s not. I’ve tried a large swath of organising/task management apps and have always reverted back to the old pen and paper and barely legible handwriting. I love tech and I’ve never found one app that can give me the ease of old school list writing but with the power of tech and a drop of AI. They ALL overdo it. You end up spending way too much time fiddling around with options and endless categories etc. This app was different. It balances just the right amount of options without it becoming a task in itself. That sounds easy but I’ve discovered it’s an art-form. The app is aimed at household tasks, small jobs and even renovations. The recent update to share tasks with family members is the icing on the cake for me. Adding a budget to jobs is super helpful but not forced if you prefer to quick-list. Honestly I’ve tried Harvard cosigned, spectrum-focused, global accredited and science-lab-born list apps and this is the ONLY ONE that works!

Love this app. The easy to use and break it down. The templates are handy. Shared with whole household and everyone knows what to do and by when. Keeps it organized and simple for those less inclined to maintain. Still exploring the app and getting use to the many features. We are planning a renovation project so this will come in handy to stay on top of the many other things.

This is the best app I’ve seen for home maintenance I’ve ever seen. It’s really easy to use, well laid out and works flawlessly.
