Simply Brilliant
Having worked my career as an Account Manager I have been involved in implementation and use of many different CRM systems.
Recently started as a GM for a small manufacturing business that didn’t have a CRM tool. Our budget allows only for “free” CRM at this point in time so I did my research including lots of free trials of various platforms.
Hands down HubSpot worked best. It is one of the most simple and intuitive interfaces I have used. Set up was simple, including integration with Outlook.
It has been easy to train my staff who have had a similar experience.
My only concern is if we want to step up to the next level it’s significantly more expensive than other comparable products.
For now, this is more than enough for what we need. Look forward to seeing more feature updates in the future.
HubSpot honest review
This is a good tool, but ii think it's very expensive for what it is & the customer service & support is appalling - they reneged on agreements regarding renewal discounts with me, which was galling to say the least. And then asked on negotiations leaving things to last minute so we had no time & little choice but to sign as we'd lose access to our data!!
We also had a super difficult time migrating across from Sygar Professional in early 2017, took months of work with HubSpot not having some of the basic relationship heirarchies that Sugar had - and customer support from HubSpot was terrible.
HubSpot billing is based on per 1000 contacts - and the highest number you reach in a period is what they charge you for - so if you migrate across then clean up your contact base & reduce numbers you'll get stung for the highest amount - be warned!
If I hadn't already invested a huge amount of time & money here I wouldn't stay given how we've been treated, but they have me by the proverbials & I don't want to risk a similar experience going somewhere else, will see if we can make this work. Do your homework first though, & get an iron clad detailed agreement if you can before you even think about migrating!
Very functional
The base level of this app and program is good, easy to follow and provides up to date notifications.
