■ About Auto Link Premium
Hyundai Auto Link Premium app provides a connected car service to customers who purchase a vehicle with Hyundai Auto Link Premium module installed.
Try to use your smartphone to check the status of your vehicle and your driving history, and remote control your vehicle.
■ Key features
- Vehicle status check
Allows users to remotely check the status of vehicle engin on/off, fuel, door, etc.
- Remote control
Allows users to start up their vehicles with temperature setting, to control door, and to control hazard light/horn remotely
- Geo-fence
Informs users when their vehicles enter or leave pre-set areas
- Map
Users can check the locations of their vehicles on the map and find the directions to the vehicles. If they want, they can share the locations of the vehicles for 1 hour.
- Driving History
shows driving history by dragging the main page from the right to the left. The driving history is sorted by date. Each item consists of Departure, Arrive, Average fuel efficiency, Fuel consumption, Rapid acceleration, Hard braking, Distance and Travel time.
- Parking Management
Provides the parking location of a user’s vehicle and parking time when you park the vehicle.
- RSA (Roadside assistance)
Allows the user to contact the RSA directly when a problem occurs with the vehicle.
- Statistics
Provides statistics of a vehicle's daily, weekly, and monthly driving patterns
- Vehicle Health Check
Users can diagnose the status of their vehicles. If problems are detected, the app asks users whether they want to connect to the call center.
- Vehicle Health Report
Provides Vehicle health reports. It is listed in the latest date order.
- Dealer network
Provides dealer information on the map or on the list.
- myHyundai
The app shows MyHyundai website to provide you with convenient functions for your vehicle.

AutoLink premium for 2019 i30 N
Have had the i30 N for almost 2 years. Have been in contact with Hyundai support by phone & email for the past 5 months to get the autoLink working. Have spent many hours, phone calls & emails talking with Hyundai support to get the system working & still the matter is unresolved. During the course of Hyundai contacts, have changed the ID & password several times on instruction & still no resolution. Not Happy that this matter is still outstanding after many wasted hours of seeking help. I only purchased the car because AutoLink was an outstanding feature not offered by other car manufacturers . Very disappointed that Hyundai cannot resolve this problem & does not say a lot for customer care . I am very happy with the car itself but have lost faith in this manufacturer in getting the AutoLink working.
Not recognizing Western Australia state entry
iOS iPhone 6 For Kona Electric ... Some great features already working like data download ... however, I was initially unable to register the car as the Australian version of the application seems untested. It did not recognize the state despite it being a pull down menu selection when registering car. I was able to initiate on the desktop computer though. Hyundai did have a few attempts to try and get it working. After an a second App update, app deletion, auto-remember password deleted and app redownload it finally worked. Now it is up and running many features do appear to work. Temptation of a sugar addict in a lolly shop is a tease. SoC hidden and updating unreliable.

Great concept- app needs some work
The app is great when it works. I was lucky to avoid setup issues as the dealership set the app up for me had it all ready to go when I picked up my new car, which I am grateful after reading others reviews of how tricky this can be. But as many other reviews mention, the Autolink App is very buggy, often crashing (closing unexpectedly), and It aways logs me out and the remember me function never remembers my details, and I can never remember them so I find I barely use the app because it’s not accessible quickly. It’s easier to walk outside and start my car than to use the remote features because of the issues with the app. I really hope that in the future they put some money into developing this app and fixing the issues, as it was a major selling point for me when buying the car back in November 2019, that I now find I don’t even get to use. My Tucson Highlander is great- the app is trash.
