If you want a quick casual car park for one hour it is not acceptable to be forced to spend 20 minutes to enrol, accept terms, provide you credit card and personal details, allow location tracking before you even get told the rate for parking. I want the simple slot machine back…

Update x2: Cellopark may yet be moving to opark. There appears to be a commercial dispute in progress, with both sides vying to be the least professional. Maybe ditch the apps altogether and go back to paying by card while they sort this out. Update: this is a scam. Cellopark is NOT moving to opark. Do not install this app!Can’t log in. Can’t recover password. Totally broken. Apparently Cellopark is about to force all Brisbane parking over to this app. A lot of people are going to have fun battling this app when parking for the Boxing Day sales!

Premium setting is hidden

To turn off premium services so you don’t get charged it is hidden in settings and it is impossible to get a refund. Also if a payment is missed you have to enter your credits card details again claiming this is a security feature. If that was the case Google Netflix,adobe etc wouldn’t have a “Try again” button

If the card does not have enough in it, it makes you re enter your card details again once you’ve transferred money rather than allowing you to retry the payment. Very time consuming.
