Viva employees were told to stop using the physical card for our staff fuel discount, and instead we have to use the app. But the app only works half the time, if you’re lucky?! I’ve missed out on the staff discount we’re entitled to a number of times now, and my queries to the app providers have gone nowhere. And yet we’re not allowed to use a physical card that isn’t reliant on internet/phone/app performance? Extremely poor. Sort these issues out before you mandate for Viva employees to use it.

This app is usless , I have tried to fill this out around 7 times and every time a different fault, first time it wouldn’t give me a page to load a password, then next time it timed out for the next three times then when I thought I had finally finished it once again it timed out. How about you provide a revamped application, so we can start again!

This app must have been built by a clueless app developer. You can’t even select from the drop menu to say what company you’re from when trying to register. It’s slow and buggy. A multi billionaire company, please invest in some proper web app professionals

This must have been designed by a beginner developer… not only does the app take ages to load but the backend scan takes longer than standing in the queue waiting to pay… and it only works half the time
