Business owners or Fleet Managers can get their drivers back on the road faster by giving them access to Shell Card GO - the app that's packed with convenience:
• Contactless fuel payment – drivers don’t have to queue at the checkout.
• Ability to load multiple Shell Cards if switching between vehicles.
• Station locator tool gives directions to the nearest Shell station and highlights services available and operating hours.
• In-app transaction history allows quick referencing.
• Sales dockets are emailed for additional fleet management control.
Using the app is easy at Shell Coles Express Service Stations:
- Refuel as normal, leaving your mobile phone in your vehicle.
- Return to your vehicle and open the app.
- Ensure the correct Shell Coles Express is selected and it accepts mobile payment.
- Tap on “Pay at Pump”.
- Follow the prompts.
- Wait for the app to finalise the transaction.
- Close the app and drive away!
And it's just as easy at Non-Shell Coles Express Service Stations:
- Remain in your vehicle and open the app.
- Ensure the correct service station is selected and it accepts mobile payment.
- Tap on “Pay at Pump”.
- Follow the prompts.
- Refuel as normal, leaving the mobile phone in your vehicle.
- Return to the vehicle and wait for the app to finalise the transaction.
- Close the app and drive away!

App Not Logging in
We’ve created accounts and have had it approved on our back end. Downloaded the app and after logging in, nothing happens. The app just goes back to main log in window ect….
Anyone else having this issue? Running on iPhone
Bad app accused of stealing
Never registers on the cashier’s system so often I’ve tried to use it and they accuse me of not paying for my petrol as I used the app even though I got proof. They came after me the first time and accused me of not paying.. then all the other times I have to go instore and let them know I paid via the app but they still tell me I haven’t and have to wait 30 mins instore for it to register on their system as they continue to accuse me..
Waste of time .. pointless.. no perks.. and very embarrassing to be accused each time in front of others..

Unable to see the price
Station locations are visible in the app, However price of the fuel in different stations are not visible. If it does then according to our plan of journey I can fill the tank where the fuel is cheap(which ever station is cheaper)
