The Auto Link provides data by analyzing your driving habits and gives timely notice for vehicle maintenance. If there is a problem with the vehicle, it automatically sends diagnostic data to the Auto Link application as well as providing reservation services for your convenience.

- Driving Information
Current Distance, Current Travel Time, Today’s Distance , Today’s Travel Time, Fuel Efficiency, Fuel Consumption, Hard Brakes, Rapid Accels.

- Tyre Pressure
Provides the tyre pressure status of the vehicle.

- Driving History
Checks driving history by dragging the driving information screen from the right to the left. The driving history is sorted by date. Each item consists of Departure, Arrive, Maximum speed, Average speed, Average fuel efficiency, Fuel consumption, Rapid accels, Hard braking, Distance and Travel time.

- Parking Management
Provides the parking location of user’s vehicle and parking time through the location services on user’s smart phone when you park the vehicle.

- RSA (Roadside assistance)
Allows the user to contact the RSA directly when a problem occurs with the vehicle.

- Statistics (ECO Driving)
Provides statistics of the user’s driving pattern in which the results can be viewed in daily, weekly or monthly.

- Statistics (Speed)
Provides statistics for the vehicle's speed pattern.

- Vehicle Health Check
The user can diagnose the status of their vehicle. If a problem is detected, it provides connection to the call center.

- Vehicle Health Report
Provides Vehicle health report. It is listed in the latest date order.

- Maintenance
Monitors the replacement cycle of consumable parts to provide you with timely vehicle Maintenance service.

- Dealer network
Provides dealer information on the map or on the list.

- myHyundai
It is linked with MyHyundai website to provide you with convenient functions for your vehicle.

- Message box
A function to receive messages from your favorite dealer or call center.

- Map
Provides your current location on the map and shows a location where you search.

Notification issues

I love the app and the information it provides, however I am having issues with the notifications. I often receive multiples of the same notification every couple minutes; I’ll receive my driving result 5 times, I’m still getting notifications twice daily that I am on 15% fuel even though I filled up and have had a near full tank for 3 days and Ive gotten so many notifications every day for a caltex fuel voucher. I don’t want to turn the notifications off completely but there is a bug that needs to be fixed. I’ve updated my app just a couple days ago too and that hasn’t resolved the issue.
The user interface is also a bit difficult to navigate.
Great idea for an app, just needs some debugging.

Was fine, now not saving trip data

Had my i30 SR for almost 2 years, and love it. But the auto link has stopped logging my trip data. It was working intermittently in December, once only in January. Deleted the app and reinstalled, but it has only logged the first trip after doing this and none since.
The app will show the data in real time, but just is not saving the history. All the settings are correct and active - nothing has changed.......
I cannot find a section to contact the developer directly, hence leaving this rating instead, in the hope that it is seen and acted upon.

App issues

Very difficult to book the one month service. It’s finicky and doesn’t give the option unless I press on the 12 month option and then scroll again to the left. Otherwise if I just scroll it doesn’t show the option.
I was unable to book a service as every time I booked it said it was unavailable even though it showed available. When I finally booked through Hyundai they said they would get back with a time for me. I received a message from Hyundai and no time allocated. If this is the way they are choosing to communicate with customers and book then it should work. Very frustrating
