So I’ve been working on my house for a very ling time and am now ready to put the roof on. However whenever I click on the roof button it creates an endless upside down pyramid shaped roof that goes up endlessly into the sky and I can’t fix it. The only way to fix it is to start again but I’ve been working on my house for ages and I don’t want to loose it. Has anyone else experienced this or just me? Could you please try to fix this bug in an update or just tell me how to fix it? Otherwise this is a great game/tool!Edit: So I exited to my project gallery thinking that it would only save my current changes that made the bug happen but It actually deleted the whole project so I’ll have to restart anyway, but If you can try to find out why it did that so it won’t do it again.-Thanks

I don’t know what this is. Anyways I love this…. App…. It’s really fun, and i actually use it like a house designing game. I’ve been recently designing a house, but I accidentally swiped down on the screen, and I ended up in the middle of the clouds! I didn’t know wich way was up or down but there were clouds all around the screen and there was no piece of ground in sight. I figured it must be above me, so I held the ‘up’ button, it went up, but It didn’t go to the earth. I actually ended up going into space. Wich was really cool. Or it would be cool, if there was a way to reverse it. Since I had been working on the house for 6 mths+ I was sobbing when I lost it all to space. My mum and I tried to figure out how to get it back for HOURS! It didn’t work, and I had to restart it. I lost my 6 months of intricate building and designing. I was very depressed. I don’t have premium, but I don’t know if getting it is worth it. I don’t know if getting it would make this glitch go away. Anyways, I lost that house, and I’ve been doing some smaller rooms now. Nearly all of them I lost to that glitch, and wasn’t able to get them back. I have been VERY careful of how I handle that app, but it Still. Keeps. Happening. It’s very annoying and I hope you creators can fix this. I might actually uninstall this app if no changes are made for the better of us users. Thank you for your time

I was super impressed with this game for so many reasons! I was looking for so many home design games and when I came across this one I was in love!One of the big pluses of this game is that everything is unlocked and you don’t have to buy anything. There is no catch or trick to this game, unlike most games, and you can do whatever you want with your house!Another good thing about it is it’s really easy to do. If you don’t have many skills it’s really easy to understand and learn really quickly. Even if you can’t get it in the end, they have house, room and roof templates that you can choose from if you don’t want to make your own. Overall, if you’re looking for a home designing game I definitely recommend this app - don’t waste you time looking anywhere else because this game has everything you need!!! I hope you have just as much fun as I have with this app 😊😊😃😃

I just tried to contact you via your website support form but it doesn’t work.I have a subscription, which is sold as pro version. But I can’t save the project and start from scratch. After weeks of trying to figure out how work on relatively simple projects I decided to abandon it and try to it again, hoping it might do what I want it to do this time.Seriously, for 1000 times when I try to gable roof it gives me 3 slanted sides. I need cathedral ceiling but no, because I had automatic ceiling once at the beginning, that’s it, can’t be edited, period.And what’s the deal with side elevations not being editable and showing all walls from the same side pasted on each other? The main reason I purchased the ‘pro’ is the editable elevation option, and it still doesn’t work.I also need to have all levels and side elevations drafts with measurements for the builder. I’m dreading starting that, considering how counterintuitive this app is.What are my options? I want to either edit this project to the end with roof and the ceiling that work. Or I need to save it, and open the new project for which there isn’t an option. I check all of your tutorials for pro, and I don’t have a + for new project or save option for this one.I payed in last few months more that your $49 full feature pro. Can you please transfer me to your proper full version. Please? The only thing I can do in this frustration is to leave more miserable reviews.
