The range of shows is terrific on this app, but the app itself needs work to make it more enjoyable to use. Making it compatible with chrome cast would be great. The continue watching function is a mess, you can’t delete things out of your list, it’s hit and miss as to which shows end up in this list, and sometimes it doesn’t continue from where you left off. Fast forward is also difficult as the button is very small and hard to move on a mobile device. It’s a shame because as I said, the content is very good, but unfortunately the English subtitles are at times truly awful

Video player issues

Hi Devs, really loving my vip time. But, what is going on with the player? It’s so unresponsive that it’s off-putting. Please: -put a rewind and forward (+5,10, 15 seconds) -put a proper pause and play button. -seek slider is extremely laggy, and doesn’t work unless you drag it for 5 or 6 times. -I can’t see any lock resolution options which is crazy. - please make the whole player smooth and easy to use. -please also make the search options more flexible. Please please try to improve these player options. Thank you, Devs so much and have a great day ahead.

Like the content but the app needs improvement & bit pricey

Hi, I really enjoy some of the high production series and content on GagaOOLala. The other review was right, subscription costs $15 a month in Australia. $7-$10 would be more reasonable. I agree with the other review, the player needs improvement. A rewind and forward skip button is needed. An app for the Apple TV would be good. Also an option to pick resolution quality in settings.

Omg twice taken my money but not updated my subscription

I have tried to pay a yearly subscription first time paid (they took the money)and nothing, tried contacting them for days and then they cancelled my account. Finally they did respond and said the card didn’t connect properly (enough though to take my money). But have to say they did refund most of it back.Then went through app and renewed my membership and again they took the money and nothing. So waiting for a second time for them to reply.How hard is it to renew??
