I really like the recent improvements but wondering why it takes so long for photos to save - I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro.

The product has been great, but their product support is terrible, close to non existent. Worse than that, they don’t, maybe even won’t, actively engage with you to fix financial problems with purchases when upgrading to VIP.I have been chasing them for over a month about my VIP purchased upgrade, their system mistakenly credited it as a month instead of a year. And now no one replies to emails sent.Posts on their FB page and messages sent through it are supposedly sent/forwarded to the CEO for action. But no reply is received at all to that. And the support channel personnel say they can’t do anything more to escalate it...
Underwater housing needs work

The Dive+ App as it relates to the Kraken Universal Underwater Housing needs a lot of work. It does not allow you to use the native camera app and therefore strips half of the features of the device you are using, in my case the iPhone 11 Pro. This means wide angle cannot be used, images cannot be shot in RAW and slow-no cannot be utilised (the best for underwater video!)I wish I’d known about the lack of these features before investing in the Kraken Housing and can only hope the app is updated to allow better use.

Good but can improve

It is a pretty good app. The app can definitely improve by being able to increase the amount of videos being able to edit. There is an issue within the app where it keeps crashing when I try to download the edited video to photos so I have to keep trying untold it works.
