Had this software on my laptop for years and have been very happy with it. As a technophobe I was very hesitant on how to install it on my phone. A message from Apple advised me of viruses on my phone and I bit the bullet to put my phone on the account. It only took me about 20 minutes to do so and most of that was because of my lack of technology understanding. Very happy to have done so now.
I am not very impressed with what is going on with this app for how much it costs me

There is either something wrong with this app or the stupid policies with this tech company and their software causing nothing but problems because literally every single time I’ve asked your chat Ai this entire app cuts off my network connection and it wouldn’t even at first let me scan anything at all and then it just kept sitting there doing nothing at all and these tech companies policies do nothing but completely destroy the principle of internet security after everything that I’ve reached into and cause nothing but problems with most of these internet security applications and even causing them to get blocked off what is the point in paying for a product that gets blocked off and I have raised serious concern about this to cybersecurity experts

There is a feature on the computer version I truly miss on the phone version, running a “check me now”!It is probably unnecessary, but that report makes me feel secure.
