Your motto is “Ease your mind, journey on”. It does NOT “ease my mind” when your app constantly crashes, logs me out and comes up with unstable connection about 20 times a day. This app literally gives me anxiety! As first time parents we purchased Cubo to ensure we had a clear consistent view of our baby but instead we wake to crying and a frozen image or have been logged out and having to enter codes at 3am to get the app up and running again. When you’re already sleep deprived this is the last thing you want to be doing. All the reviews aren’t wrong and your support team constantly blaming the internet providers is bull$h!t. This is a constant and ongoing problem that needs to be taken seriously, it’s actually dangerous that parents are unable to consistently view their child using this app and you have a duty of care to fix it.

Terrible. Left baby crying for 5 minutes

My poor toddler was crying on the floor for 5 minutes with no one to help him because your stupid update changed a setting. We noticed checking an hour later that he wasn’t in bed and went back over footage. He fell out of bed and was crying for us on the floor really hard :( screaming for his mummy and daddy to help him, but we didn’t hear him and had relief on the app to alert us, which usually it does.Well, after checking and searching we can see a setting “alert when baby not in crib” had been set to off. We have never ever set this this way, they must have changed it on an update.What a stupid setting. What if your baby climbs out of the crib and is crying on the floor? What you shouldn’t be alerted for that? Unbelievable. My poor poor child was crying and crying for us and learned that no one will come because we relied on this stupid app. I hate it and will disreccommend it to everyone because it left my toddler screaming and crying for me and I didn’t come to him. I’m so so sad for him and angry that I ever relied on this terrible monitor.Never ever buy a Cubo.

Cubo is actually a really great app and doesn’t deserve the two stars it has currently. The customer support is exceptional and very quick. The app itself has so many amazing features that far exceed a normal baby monitor. The sound quality is outstanding - I can hear my child breathing if I turn it right up. There are occasional glitches, whether that be our home internet or the app. But if it is the app, they rectify it as quickly as possible. We mostly have a 99 percent success rate. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting an app based monitor.
