Using whatsapp business has been smooth for the past 10 months. However as my contacts and messages have grown. I’ve noticed an issue whatsapp business is having frequent technical problems, while other apps are running fine. Why is whatsapp business the only problem struggling with tech issues?it would be great if these bugs could be fixed to support businesss more effectively?

About 2 or 3 days ago, out of nowhere, Whatsapp Business stopped working altogether. I click on it, it opens the splash screen for half a second then crashes. I tried restarting my phone. I tried offloading and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. Eventually I tried reinstalling the app, but the moment it downloads part of my chat history it crashes and stops working again. My chat history is <4GBI depend on WhatsApp business for my work, and without it clients and suppliers can’t reach me. This is the 2nd time you’ve had this bug. The first time was on iOS 18 which eventually some how got resolved after a week.Now on iOS 26…For an app so widely used and rely on I’d expect more robust testing before releasing updates.

WhatsApp Business might seem like a reliable tool, but don’t be fooled. My account was banned without explanation, and the supposed in-app appeal process is broken—no “Request a review” option available. When I contacted support, I received automated responses telling me to use the app, which is useless when the option isn’t there.This has caused major disruptions to my business, and there’s no way to get real help. If your business depends on WhatsApp, think twice. One ban, and you’re stuck in a loop with zero accountability from support.WhatsApp needs to fix its appeal process and provide real support for businesses. Until then, it’s too risky to rely on them for critical communications.
