The app works well. The picture quality is great, playback from either the SD card or the cloud is quick, easy, and displays a great picture quality. However, the cloud service is a rip-off. It is promoted as $30 for a yearly subscription, but after you pay for it is when you discover you only get 16gb of memory for that year. Oh yes, you can buy more memory to top it up. All my other cameras are 12 months coverage with unlimited GB. My camera is covering the back door and decking and is a high traffic area, so 16gb goes nowhere in covering it for a whole year. Don’t waste your money on the cloud service, just stick to the SD card. I won’t be renewing my service.

First of all, I 100 percent recommend this app, I’m not a bot or anything but the cameras? Especially the light bulb type ones come with an adaptor that’s so easy to install, the camera itself is 2K quality, or about 480p-720p which is enough to actually read license plates and people’s face. It goes 30 and around 40fps at day, and 20 fps at night vision. It also has a floodlight that brightens things up really well.. And? I’ve been using the app to monitor my backyard, I’m gonna install the other camera to my front porch, as in my state it’s dangerous, junkies and all. Anyways the app does have ads but I’m not worried about that or even care, I patiently wait for it. And you also get coins to spend on each day you check in with your app in the rewards centre and you can get free cloud storage!!! Yay anyways I TOTALLY recommend this. You all are wrong for disliking this app.

Takes a bit to get in to view cameras. Seems to stick on the home page for 3-5 seconds doing nothing, then loads an add that you have to be very careful not to click while you try to tap the tiny arrow at the top to get into your camera views. Sounds petty, but when you want to check quickly…. This is not a quick task if you miss and click the fullpage advertisement. Despite having the card storage and not feeling I need the cloud, constant ads for the cloud (again try your best not to click those of you’ll be waiting a bit to get to where you wanted to be) the card storage only seems to hold very short clips, I’m wondering if that’s meant to push me to purchase cloud storage. I teach online from home so I know my wifi is fine, I’d say 80% of the time I’m waiting at least 10 seconds for a recording (that very short clip) to load. Disappointed as cameras seem good, just need a better app.

I’ve had this system for 6 months and it’s been working great. All of a sudden it now in the last 4 days won’t load at all and keeps crashing. My husband can load it either on his iphone. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling. Tried to contact the company through the link in the App Store ( app support) and there’s no email address only physical addresses in China, which is inconvenient. So I didn’t necessarily want to leave a bad review, I just need Rone one to look at the bug and fix it, because when it was working it was great!
