Why would you let people spend hours submitting verification documents for their company only to tell them they are in a non-supported territory. You could easily screen for that immediately - but I think you are data harvesting. My company is in Australia. That is an easy screen if you don’t want to operate Revolut business here - however instead you asked asked repeatedly for more and more corporate information. This looks like a scam at worst or poor process at best. This needs to be reported to the banking ombudsman.
