Description
The Guardian 365 PRO App is an App for customers to use to remotely check their Uniden Security Systems. This app gives you the ability to check on your cameras remotely from anywhere in the world to view either one camera or multiple cameras at once. The App also gives you the ability to playback old recorded footage on the security system and even take photos directly to your smartphone from the security camera. The App also has push notifications to ensure you are always alerted when a camera detects motion or movement.
The Guardian 365 PRO App is compatible with the following Uniden Systems:

Connectivity is the biggest issue
The biggest issue with this app is the fact that when you click to view your live feed it will count up to 97%ish and then just pop up an error that says Playback error......it does this despite having full wifi range and bars.
I get why wifi is appealing but if you cannot view the camera live on your phone whilst standing on your house, next to your router then what’s the point????????
The app itself is limited with the amount of cloud you can access (one plan only at 20$ a month is a rip).
It also doesn’t appear to recognise the micro SD card despite it being the correct size/type (and obviously clicked all the way into device). I’ve tried multiple camera resets, app reinstalls and it won’t record or recognise the card.
Excellent product
Wow- a lot of bad wraps- works fabulously here in a semi rural area with not so awesome NBN. Can view home with excellent clarity in real time from anywhere, even freaked my kids out a few times talking through the camera when I’ve been away 😂 Skip the cloud storage and go old school with a chip for video storage- your bank account will thank you.
Worked great! .... but lately.....
An Update!! Woo hoo! Everything is working again! Works quite well too! Left my old review below. Gonna give it 4 now!
All of a sudden my system can’t play back recorded events.... I have to go to live camera/recorded/hard drive and then scroll through the events on the time line.... Anywhere but on the wifi at home I get 93% and then error.... what happened????
