Had a long layover in Sydney after a 3 week cruise. Really wanted to spend the day seeing the sites before catching an evening flight home but I had multiple bags that were going to be a drag carrying all over the place. Luckily the Bounce service allowed me to store my bags in a convenient, secure, air conditioned space for several hours while I enjoyed my day. The service was easy to book via the app, the location was open at the stated hours and pick up was no problem. Price was very reasonable. I will use Bounce again now that I know how easy it can be.

Being my first time using this service I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was a little nervous about leaving my bags at a shop However I stopped worrying when I saw the store and met the owners. I was impressed with the quality of the bounce outlet is in a very hip barber’s shop; a short walk from the major attractions and train stations. This made maximising our time in Paris effective. The guys are friendly, helpful and speak English. The process was easy to drop off and pick up. Highly recommended this store and will definitely use Bounce again in any future travels.

We used Bounce to store our baggage at Kuala Lumpur International Airport terminal 2 and had a very smooth experience. We stored four extra-large pieces of luggage, each weighing around 32kg, and everything was handled without any issues. The booking was straightforward, the location was easy to find, and the staff were helpful and professional. Our bags were stored securely, and the whole process was quick at both drop-off and pick-up. It made our transit much more comfortable. Would definitely use Bounce again and recommend it to other travelers.

Got in a jam in Milan when our hotel wouldn’t let us leave our bags and flight wasn’t til late evening! With a whole day of sight seeing ahead of us we headed to the Milan Duomo whilst arranging tickets for the Duomo, their website recommended Bounce, so a few minutes later we were dropping off our bags at a Café nearby affiliated with Bounce. Initially thought it was weird, but Café staff were super friendly and bags were stored an a safe location. Couldn’t be more happier with the arrangement and allowed us to see Milan hassle free of heavy bags! Will be using this service on future trips!
