Log a set with one tap, let your weights progress automatically, and train from your Apple Watch. New: build programs with Apple Intelligence, ChatGPT or Claude.
Liftin' is the gym tracker for people who lift. Log a set with one tap, let your weights progress automatically, and build the program you want with AI, on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
TRACK WITH ONE TAP
• A clean workout screen that puts your next set front and center. Log it, let the rest timer run, move on.
• Live Activity and widgets keep the current set and the rest timer on your Lock Screen.
• 300+ exercises with illustrations, plus your own custom exercises.
• Plate calculator, warmup sets, supersets, notes, and a rest timer that follows you to the watch.
PROGRESS AUTOMATICALLY
• Set a progression rule per exercise and Liftin' adjusts the weights from your results: linear progression, 5/3/1 training max cycles, double progression, deloads.
• Start from a built-in program: StrongLifts 5x5, Wendlers 5/3/1, nSuns, GZCLP, Push Pull Legs, Upper/Lower, PHUL and Full Body. Or build your own from scratch.
• Charts for every exercise, estimated one rep max, volume, body measurements and progress photos, plus a calendar of your training.
AI THAT KNOWS YOUR TRAINING
• Describe the workout or program you want in your own words and Liftin' generates it with Apple Intelligence.
• Liftin' in ChatGPT and Claude: ask how your bench press is progressing, add 2.5 kg to every deadlift set next week, or have a 3-day strength program built, from the assistant you already use. Works with any MCP client.
APPLE WATCH
• Track a whole workout from the watch alone, or mirror the workout running on your iPhone live on your wrist.
• Heart rate and workouts go to Apple Health and fill your rings.
INTEGRATIONS
• Apple Health and Strava: your strength workouts land where the rest of your training lives.
• Import your history from Hevy. Export everything as CSV whenever you want.
• iCloud sync keeps iPhone, iPad and Mac on the same page.
LIFTIN' UNLIMITED
Liftin' is free for up to five workouts a month. Liftin' Unlimited removes the limit and unlocks all progress charts and progress photos, as a yearly or monthly subscription with a free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Simple app, easy to use, good value, lets you focus on what matters

Liftin’ is a great app that just gets out of the way and lets you focus on your workout. I’ve been a paid user for several years now and I’m super happy with it. It does things in a clear, un-bloated and minimal way - and it’s intuitive because it works like the Default apps on your phone, so you already kinda know how to use it before you start. If you work out regularly, the cost is a small price to pay for an app that does what it does without over complicating itself. I also enjoy the minimalist approach to tracking body measurements in the graphs that come along with it.In the future, I’d like to see it tackle workout notes and journaling a little bit better. Currently you can leave a note against a exercise type for things like cues, but if you want to leave a note on that exercise for a particular workout this solution isn’t great (for example, to provide context as to why you performed better or worse that day, or jot down things to keep in mind for the next time you do that exercise). This is obviously not the workflow that the notes feature is designed for, but I think it’s a very valuable thing to do for gym goers - currently I keep a note on my phone in the notes app instead and would love to see it built into the app somehow.

Clean App

The best alternative to the other expensive subscription apps. Love that the app has pre-set programs (like PPL or 5x5) so you can get right into it without spending an hour setting up a routine. Used it with my Apple watch on my first workout and all the data synced perfectly. It fills out the activity ring as well. Has haptic feedback to let me know when to start my next workout. If I fail a set and fell short a few reps I can tap it on my watch and it’ll record that. Automatic progression seems like a pretty cool feature, but will have to use the app for a longer time before I have an opinion on that. Also, did I mention that the app looks fantastically simple? Less is more. Looks like an official Apple app design-wise.

Wonderful

Only been using it for a week so yet to comment on the long-term features, but so far it is a total joy to use. It’s incredibly simple!Only comment would be a faster way to adjust weight/reps during a workout.Sometimes a weight feels easy and it’s a (slight) pain to increase the recorded rep count if I squeeze in an extra couple of reps for example.

This is a great app.! Looks fantastic and works extremely well. It’s easy and simple to use yet extremely detailed if you want to get into all the settings and work through the progressive overload options. The team is great and very active on Reddit. They pay attention to the users and work hard to make the upgrades and changes needed when they get feedback or suggestions. Love it..!
