Unlike other apps, Planny is designed to help you complete the tasks that you need to do. It does that by making it quick and easy to organize tasks into lists, but it goes way beyond that. Planny's growing list of features includes:
- Support for multiple lists as well as an inbox for quick task collection.
- Tags and priorities that can be assigned to tasks for easier filtering and planning.

Planny is available as a free download. Some features require a Planny Premium quarterly or annual subscription. This also ensures Planny's prolonged development, allowing new and improved features to be added over time with Apple's latest iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and watchOS features implemented on day one.
Planny does not collect any personal data and its developer has no access to any of the tasks you save within it. Planny doesn't track its users and there are no ads anywhere within the app.

Lots of features but not very intuitive
Lots of good features but not very user friendly or intuitive. This app has everything I need but it’s not easy to navigate. It needs a “help” section to explain things like what the icons mean on different screens and the best way to use all the features. It has huge potential, just needs more intuitive workflows. At a bare minimum, it needs an “Add” button on the Home Screen so you can add something quickly without having to navigate elsewhere. It would also be much better if the user could customise the Home Screen to get rid of the big Productivity graph taking up a third of the screen real estate. Should be able to disable that like you can with the other graphs. Overall, it’s a fully featured and powerful app, but not that user friendly. Detailed Developer support is also lacking, which is not a good response given this is a paid subscription app.
How can this be considered a watch finalist for the app of the year
There is a confusing array of choices and sync does not work between my phone and watch. The app has a section the “Write a 5 Star review” I am glad I did not buy the lifetime plan and only subscribed for 1 year!

Maybe because everything works fine in general? There’s no other way to reach an average 4,5 rating in all countries around the world with nearly a million downloads.
I‘m sorry that it didn‘t work for you when trying first. Sync works if everything is set up correctly. Maybe some other bug prevented this from happening. Feel free to contact the support so you can continue to use the app :)
