Absolutely love this air conditioner! The phone app is a total game-changer — being able to turn it on or off, adjust the temperature, and set schedules from anywhere is incredibly convenient. The unit cools (and heats) quickly, runs quietly, and is very energy-efficient. The app is easy to use and connects reliably every time. Perfect for coming home to a comfortable house without wasting power. Highly recommend to anyone wanting comfort with smart control.

We’ve just had a Hisense Split System AC installed and being able to pair it with this app is great. However, the app will randomly disconnect from the unit and there’s no way to “pair” them together again once disconnected, so you have to then go back to the start and reconnect the AC to your home wifi. A bit more annoying is the lack of “smart” functionality. For an app that advertises the best smart life functionality, it really does not live up to what it advertised. Firstly, when setting up an automation, you are allowed 1 trigger and 1 action. Nothing more. Want to turn the aircon off after it has cooled according to your automation? Nope can’t do that. Secondly, it does not allow you to set up any exceptions or further steps to your automation. You get a basic (very limited) set of what the developer thinks would be useful triggers and actions (remember you can use one of each, no more), but outside of that, you don’t have any options. Thirdly, the ability to share the device with household members. At present, the only way for multiple people to be able to access the app is to use the same email and password to login. The “share” feature inside the app is broken, and always says “account invalid” when typing in an email address. Fourthly, adding iOS HomeKit support would be a great step. I strongly urge the app developer to seriously look at addressing some of these things. This app is failing to meet basic “smart” needs and is bordering on obsolete.

The app works perfectly with our new Hisense Series V Split systems.The only extra function that would be good is the ability to be able to turn the head unit display on/off, as this can only be done via the remote currently.Otherwise perfect app.

Just an absolute mess of an app and has soured me to any hardware that uses it. A lot of changes need to be made to restore confidence:1. During onboarding a lot of personal and private information is requested. Why does this app need my telephone and home address for me to use my dishwasher?2. Why does this app need my location?3. When I tried to connect to my dishwasher it doesn’t work, the manual option doesn’t even give correct instructions as the physical stickers on the machine it tells me to look for are completely different.4. When I tried to open customer support the app takes me to an error page.5. When I go to trouble shooting it tells me the page doesn’t exist and to try contacting them. Clicking Contact Us crashes the app.This experience has been so bad it prompted me to leave a review which I never do…
