Good but a lot to improve

App takes a good few seconds to initiate live stream so if you are in a hurry to check your baby it’s frustrating. Notifications also takes several seconds to open and process the recording.Tilting and moving camera over the remote takes a while to respond, better be patient on that.It does miss baby crying a few times so you can’t rely 100% on notifications specially if you are too far from them and can’t hear them from another room. Definitely can’t rely neither on crying only notifications. There’s also a sort of a bug that it only notify loud noises when they apart from a few minutes between them, so if it notify first baby crying slowly increasing to louder it won’t notify again. So if you miss the first notification your baby will be left behind for several minutes. Would be great having an audio only access, showing graphical view of the noise on the room, so we could monitor with very low or no volume at all.I also wish I could change the notifications sound to make it more unique from others apps notifications. This is definitely a must.

The only way I can sleep

Loving my smart sock & monitor. Sometimes it’s the only reason I can sleep knowing I will be alerted if something goes wrong. My only suggestion and why I haven’t rated 5 stars - need an alert for oxygen levels and be able to lock your screen and still be able to hear noise from the camera.

The sock often engages charging and then stops, it has to be fiddled with before it hits “the spot” again to charge. Numerous times a day I load the app and am pushed to the login screen where I enter my password. The app says incorrect password (despite it being the correct one), I enter the same password again and it works. This is cutting and pasting the password from 1password. The product should be 5 stars but little issues like this make it frustrating at times.

recent update causing issues

i would never buy a wifi connected monitor again especially with an app instead of a seperate monitor screen. I’m having issues after the recent update where it randomly stops playing the sound in the background of my phone. I have to close the app and reopen for it to work. Luckily i’m close to my baby’s room otherwise this would be even more of an issue. Also sometimes it does this “click click” sound every 10 seconds for maybe 24-48 hours and then the issue clears itself.. resetting hasn’t fixed this.And to top it off, if you have a wifi or power outage you can’t monitor the baby.. and the monitor won’t connect to a mobile unfortunately either Definitely needs lots of improvements and overall the product is okay and does the job but lots of bugs that need fixing
